Mindfulness at LuminaMinds
Our Approach
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with curiosity and without harsh judgement. A substantial body of research links regular practice with lower stress, better emotional regulation and steadier attention, in children as well as in adults.
At LuminaMinds, we teach mindfulness as a practical skill that people can use in ordinary life: at the dinner table, before an exam, or in the middle of a demanding working day. Our programmes are designed for the people in the room, so a class for a seven year old looks quite different from a course for a parent or professional.
Please choose the programme that suits you:
Mindfulness for Children & Teens
Playful, age appropriate classes that help young people notice their feelings, settle their bodies and respond to challenges with greater calm.
Mindfulness for Adults
Structured courses and individual sessions for parents and professionals who would like to manage stress and meet daily pressures with more clarity.
If you are unsure which programme is right for you or your child, we would be glad to talk it through with you.
For schools and organisations
We also bring mindfulness into classrooms, staff rooms and workplaces. Please see our programmes for schools and our workplace programmes for details of professional development, staff wellbeing sessions and resilience training.
